Canva Video and Animation Club
Fifth grade students at Apple Valley Elementary have had the opportunity to apply their creative skills with science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM). Students have been participating in a Canva video and animation club since January. The club is led by staff member, Sangeetha Kunhiraman, from the Apple Valley Computer Lab.
Canva offers its plethora of products for free to schools and educational institutions. Students can create video and graphics while learning the nuances of editing, background music, voice-overs, and much more. This is a great platform to showcase the creative talents and vivid imaginations of our students.
We are grateful for the leadership of Sangeetha Kunhiraman to provide our students this engaging learning opportunity at Apple Valley Elementary!
