What New Families Need to Know:
-
Automatic Account Creation: Once your student is officially enrolled in Skyward (our Student Information System), their profile will sync with FinalForms.
-
Watch Your Inbox: Parents of students planning to participate in middle or high school sports should expect an automated welcome email from FinalForms shortly after Skyward enrollment is complete. This email will contain a link to activate your parent account and set up your password.
-
Easy E-Signatures: Once logged in, you and your student can complete, sign, and submit all required athletic forms electronically for the school year.
Students need to have all forms submitted (including physicals) to the platform in order to participate in sports. Please look out for the automated email you will receive from the system. Be sure to watch your spam/junk folders in case it gets marked as spam.
