Welcome to West Valley schools! The West Valley School District has implemented a new online process to enroll new students. This process is only for new students to the district, not requesting a transfer to a different school. Prior to using the online application process, families are advised to have the required documents available to upload into the application. You may save as you go and do not have to complete it all in one sitting.
The completed application, once submitted online, will be available to the school for approval. Submitted applications will not be approved until all required documents are received by the school. If you are registering a student for the first time to the West Valley School District, you will need to begin at this website.
School Boundary Maps and Contact Information
If you are unsure which school your child will attend, go to West Valley School District Boundary Maps, enter your address and your neighborhood schools will appear on the map.
Or, contact student records at 509-972-5986, or email Lori Jones for more information - your school attendance area is based on your home address.
Current Families with New Students
For families who currently have a student attending a school in WVSD and are enrolling another student, please log into Family Access and click on New Student Enrollment to begin the process.
In order to access new student registration online, you must have an activated Family Access Login. If you have logged into Family Access before to view your student's grades, you will use the same login to access the New Student Enrollment process.
If you have not previously used or requested your Family Access login, you can request a login or password reset at this link. You will receive an email within 24 hours. Please be sure to check your spam mail.
Attending an Out of Boundary School
Contact student records at 509-972-5986 or email Lori Jones.
If you are unable to access online registration, we will have enrollment packets available outside of the WVSD office at 8902 Zier Road.
Google has discontinued the availability of the Google Translate Toolkit, which has enabled families to translate the New Student Enrollment process into other languages.
Families can still use built-in or add-on translation features of their preferred browser to translate the New Student Enrollment application into other languages. For more information on these browser features, please refer to the articles below:
