 Print this assignment sheet and turn in when all Gizmo Labs are done. 

 To begin a gizmo lab, you will launch one of the gizmos listed below, and then print a copy of the Exploration Guide.  Using the guide you will work through each lab doing all activities and answering all questions. 

After completing the Exploration Guide, you will take the assessment test located at the end of each Gizmo. You will get only one chance to do the 4-6 questions so make sure you understand the concepts. You will not need to print the results. Your Teacher will add in the assessment score by accessing your results on line. You can turn in the Exploration Guides as you go or you can turn them in when all are completed.

  Each Exploration Guides must be done at a 70 % level or you will be required to redo it until you reach minimum competency.   If you have difficulty with a Gizmo Lab, get help from your teacher or mentor.
