(A+ Lessons and Gizmos)

Name ___________________________________________ Print this assignment sheet and turn in when all lessons and gizmos are completed. Record the A+ Mastery Score and the Date of Completion for each lesson.

After completing an A+ Lesson in the left column below, you are to then apply your knowledge by completing the Offline Gizmo listed in the corresponding right column.

To begin a Gizmo Offline Activity, you will launch one of the gizmos listed below, and then print a copy of the Exploration Guide. Using the guide you will work through the math process, doing all activities and answering all questions.

After completing the Exploration Guide, you will take the assessment test located at the end of each Gizmo. You will get only one chance to do the 4-6 questions so make sure you understand the concepts. You will not need to print the results. Your Teacher will add in the assessment score by accessing your results on line. You can turn in the Exploration Guides as you go or you can turn them in when all are completed.

Each Exploration Guide must be done at a 70 % level or you will be required to redo it until you reach minimum competency. If you have difficulty with a gizmo activity, get help from your teacher or mentor.
