Selecting a Student
When the Family Access main screen is displayed, it will show
the last student accessed and the "Login History" for this
student. The following is a description on how to access the other
family members that are enrolled in West Valley Schools:
Notice the Menu options available in Family Access. They are on
the left side of the screen and are labeled General Information,
View Login History, Attendance, etc.
1. To display information for another student in your household,
click on the dropdown box next to "Student Selection"
and click on the desired student's name.
2. Notice that the "School Selection" box displays the
name of the school this student attends.
Whenever you change the name of the student, Family Access will
return to this "login history" screen.
Login History
The "Login History" screen (shown above) is the first screen
to appear when logging in, or when changing the name of a student.
It displays the login history of each screen. It can also be accessed
at any time by the menu on the left side.
