Grading

GRADING To view a student's grades, click on the "Grading" menu option located on the left side of the screen. The following screen will display:

Note that the "Report Card" tab is open. Each class will be listed along with the teacher and grade earned for marking period, exam and semester. Scroll down to see additional information. NOTE: Grades will be unavailable two weeks prior to the close of each marking period and will be displayed again on the day of report card distribution.

1. The teacher's name is an e-mail link. Clicking on the teacher's name will launch your e-mail software and automatically fill in the teacher's e-mail address on a compose new message screen.

2. Click on "View Grade Descriptions" to display the range of possible grades and their meaning.

3. Click on "View Heading Descriptions" to display the description of the column headings.

The other tabs reveal screens that list the student's
     missing assignments
     class rankings
     and a list of comments concerning the students.
