Article I - Name
The name of this organization will be the Anime, Manga, and All Things Japanese Club. This name best represents the purpose of the organization.
Article II - Purpose
The members of this club will
partake in beneficial and educational discussion, activities, and encounters with those who share the common intrest that is anime, manga, and all things Japanese.
Article III - Officers
This organization's officers will include those who fulfill the roles of president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. The exact titles and duty descriptions will be offically determind upon the first meeting.
Article IV - Membership
The only requirements to be a member are to be interested in anime, manga, or anything Japanese, and to be able to benefit the club with your presence. There is no club fee.
Article V - Meetings
The only meetings shall be during the school's club period. This may be subject to change in the future, and depending on the wishes of the club members.
Article VI - Golden Rule
Every member will treat and be treated with absolute respect, and will not submit or be submitted to ridicule in any form.
Article VII - Conduct Code
The Anime, Manga, and All Things Japanese club will abide by the student conduct code.
Article VIII - Money
Exact purposes and means for any money in the Anime, Manga, and All Things Japanese club's treasury will be discussed and determined when the club president brings it up for discussion when she/he sees fit. At this point in time, the club has not decided on any purposes or means of raising any funds.
Article X - Amendments
This consitution may be amended as the current club members wish as long as any new amendments have been approved by the student senate.
