Club Constitution

Name: Ultimate Frisbee Club.
Purpose: The purpspe of the Ultimate Frisbee Club is to give the students of West Valley High School a chance to play Ultimate Frisbee, or teach the students how to play if they don't know already
Membership: the club will be limited to 20 (two team of 10). However if there is enough intrest more will be added to make two more teams. Club fees are $20 and with that we will buy Custom Discs and T-shirts for everyone.
Meetings: The Ultimate Frisbee Club will meet each club period on the football field or in one of the gyms. We may also meet outside of school to play. Members are encouraged but not required to attend all meetings.
Officers: The officers will be president, vice-prsident, treasure and secretary. The president will the team captain and will arrrange for any out of school games and will be in charge of all organization as well as any unforseen responibilities. The vice president will be the captain of the other team, and will take part in making any decisions. The treasurer will be a team captain if the club is expanded to 40 people; the treasurer is also in charge of collecting club dues and buying disc. The secretary will be a tema captain if the club is expanded to 40 people; the secretary is also in charge of getting the word out for any changes in schedule of out of school games. At the end of the year people will be slected to run for office by the current officers and the club memebers will vote.
Ammendents: If three out of the four officers want to make a change to the constitution then the club will vote on it, and if it passes then a new constitution will be printed
Notes:
The ultimate frisbee Club will play on the fottball field when weather permits and in one of the gyms at the other times
If anyone is not particapting with out valid excuse (such as an injury) the officers reserve the right to expel them form the club to make room for someone who participate.
The first 20 people that pay the club dues are the people on the team.
