This years DECA week was January 7-11 and was a huge success. A select few of our club members were selected to wear DECA badges for our DECA question quiz. The first three people to get the answer from a member and go to the student store received a prize. On Tuesday the DECA club held a pizza party while we listened to guest speakers. Our guest speakers were Jason Morgan from Jostens and Melinda Dianda from the Yakima Valley Credit Union. On Wednesday, DECA members had an ice cream party during both lunches. On Friday, DECA held a teacher appreciation breakfast. Mr. Robinson showed off his skills at waffle making while the students served the rest of the breakfast to our wonderful West Valley High School staff.
