Weight training exposes students to a variety of units with a
major emphasis on weight lifting. The class will cover agility and
aerobic activity. Students will participate in many different aerobic
acitivities throughout the course of the trimester. They will work different
musical groups as well as overall body workouts. As a result, the students
will improve their overall level of physical fitness. Students will also improve
their coordination and timing as a result.
