This class is designed to be fun and challenging. You will only
get a good workout if you challenge yourself. In this class you do
a variety of different workouts giving you many fitness options to draw
from after leaving. We will go over specific health topics that will overall
wellness and life. You can make a difference in this class' atmosphere, in your
