College: Eastern Washington University, Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATABOC).

: Central Washington University, Career and Technical Education Certification in Sports Medicine.

Career at West Valley High School: Took over the Sports Therapy Program in fall of 1999 from Bonnie Gronvold, ATC (Bonnie started the program in 1996), teaching two introductory courses in sports medicine and two advanced sports medicine courses. For a student leadership component of the program, also act as the club advisor for the Sports Therapy Club. When the school day ends for most teachers, also work after school as the Certified Athletic Trainer providing care for the various athletes in the sports programs and overseeing student athletic trainers.

2002 Hula Bowl All Star College Football Game, Medical Staff.
