RAP Ram Alternative Program West Valley Night School Announcements: NEW HOURS: Students are encouraged to stay in class as many hours as possible. Our lab is now open from 3pm to 7pm, Monday through Thursday. To make reasonable progress students must still complete homework! PARENT CONFERENCES: We are scheduling these during the last two weeks of March. If you don't have an appointment, please call to get one. We are trying to have the students call home from class to get everyone on the calendar. SENIOR DEADLINES: As we approach the end of the school year there are a few dates to keep in mind: In order to WALK in graduation, all work must be turned in by the last day of May (Friday the 31st) to allow time for any revisions. In order to PICK UP your DIPLOMA, but not participate in the Sundome Ceremony, you have until Monday, June 9 to turn in work. All Senior Projects and the Presentations should be done by the end of April, sooner if possible. The standards do not go down if a student waits for the last minute - if anything they get tougher. Make this a priority, get it done, and then we'll only have to worry about credits. WASL: You and your student received info about the WASL if you need to take any sections. Please don't ignore those test dates or you jeopardize your graduation chances!
