Social Studies

The required social studies courses listed below will help you meet WVSD graduation requirements. You will complete work online and a variety of research projects. Please see the Project List for each class to learn what projects are required. Note how many online lessons and how many projects are in the class and break them into weekly goals so you can complete the course in 6 weeks.

To earn a WVSD diploma, a student must complete 6 social studies classes (3 credits). Other courses could be completed as electives.
