  6. macaroni or potato salad (find a low-fat version)
  7. frozen veggies (steam or stir-fry)
  8. fresh veggies (steam or stir-fry)
  9. fancy jello salad
  10. student choice — pre approved by Mentor

Baking Labs

  1. quick bread
  2. yeast bread (from scratch pizza crust would count…see notebook)
  3. from scratch biscuits or muffins
  4. pre-packaged biscuits or muffins
  5. broil meat (fish or steak)
  6. roast vegetables
  7. baked meat as a main dish (roast chicken, meatloaf, casseroles)
  8. from scratch cookies or brownies
  9. from scratch cake w/from scratch frosting
  10. student choice — pre approved by Mentor
