Ms. Flickinger graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor Associate's Degree in Special Eduaction. She also acquired a Masters Degree in Administration from Heritage University. She has been teaching for twelve years and teaching in West Valley School District for seven years. Ms. Flickinger likes going hunting and her favorite color is green.
