This reading log needs to be filled out by each student each SSR day. Students need to be reading for the entire SSR period.  In order to give a book talk on a book, the reading log must show that the book was read, at least in part, during the designated Ram Prep class for the quarter in which the book talk is given.  Be sure to fill out the form as shown in the sample.
Parents need to initial in the comments section for reading time being made up for each day missed.
