Attendance
Clicking "Attendance" on the side menu will reveal the screen
below. Note the "Calendar" tab is open. This screen shows
by color, what days the student has been absent/tardy. Selecting the
date will open a small window describing the details of the absence/tardy.
Selecting the "By Day" tab next to the Calendars tab will
reveal the following screen:
This screen will simply list the days that the student has missed
class. Again, selecting a date will reveal a window with the details
of the absence (shown). The Absence Codes are also defined.
Selecting the "Totals" tab will list the total absences
in each period.
