For life-threatening allergies, meals from home provide the safest option.

Substitutions and/or accommodations are made for students with Life Threatening allergies and/or Life Threatening physical disabilities. A Dietary Prescription for Student with Disability Form must be filled out and signed by your physician. No substitutions can be made to our menus without this Dietary Prescription for Student with Disability Form on file.  It must include:
    • An identification of the medical or other special dietary condition which restricts the child’s diet.
    • The food or foods to be omitted from the child’s diet.
    • The food or choice of foods to be substituted.

  • No substitutions are allowed for non-life threatening reasons.  Those students may take advantage of the other offerings that day and make their own substitutions.
  • No food substitutions are allowed for religious and/or personal reasons.
